Jimmy Garoppolo a plusieurs pistes

Jimmy Garoppolo va subir une opération à l’épaule qui va lui demander du repos jusqu’à l’été. Malgré cela, il reste susceptible d’être échangé rapidement par les 49ers.

49ers’ QB Jimmy Garoppolo is expected to soon undergo shoulder surgery that would sideline him until this summer, sources tell ESPN. It is not expected to impact his trade status and Garoppolo still is likely to be traded this month, per sources.

L’idée d’un départ se précise donc pour le remplacer par Trey Lance, n°3 de la draft l’an dernier.

Cette blessure renforce l’idée des liens distendus entre la franchise et le joueur vétéran de 30 ans, jugé trop conservateur par beaucoup bien que son bilan soit bon. En effet, la franchise ne connaissait pas l’importance de la douleur que ressentait Jimmy Garoppolo.
